CLIPART LICENSE TERMS - STANDARD

Things that are ok..

  1. Each element in a bundle can be used for one final design.

  2. Commercial use is fine.

  3. Branding your own business with my graphics is totally fine.

  4. Final sales of each end product up to 500 times is allowed.

  5. Physical end products are totally ok.

  6. Digital end products are allowed in some circumstances. See point no.1 below.

Things that are not ok..

  1. If you are planning on incorporating my clipart into a digital end product you have to be very careful how you do this. You cannot simply pop my graphic onto a premade logo or wall art page centered on white with text below it and send off a huge digital version of that file to one of your customers. This is called redistribution of digital assets and is really the same as offering my licensed images for free to people who have not purchased a license themselves. So if you are planning to sell digital printables, or premade logos you must ensure the following:

    • My original graphic needs to be obscured in some way so it cannot be easily extracted. ie. on a patterned background, with additional graphic elements overlaying my graphic in some way.

    • My original graphic must form part of a larger design in a way that my element cannot simply be picked out by one of your customers and used again.

    • The bundle is a set of tools to use alongside your own design skill. What this means is that you must add your own value to your final design. I am not ok with customers simply reselling my logo templates in their own shops. This is expressly not allowed.

  2. If you are planning on incorporating my clipart into a physical end product you must adhere to the following rules:

    • My original graphic must form part of a larger design that has taken you time and effort to create. You cannot simply pop my graphic onto a cushion or print, centered on a plain colour with text below it. You need to add value and your own love to the design too.

    • Each bundle is a set of tools to use alongside your own design skill. What this means is that you must add your own value to your final design. I am not ok with customers simply pasting my hand drawn elements and patterns onto products and calling them their own creations. This is expressly not allowed.

  3. You cannot use my clipart elements in any way that is in competition with my original bundle. This means you cannot include my elements in your own digital clipart bundles, instant downloads etc.

  4. You cannot use my unchanged clipart designs (individual elements & patterns) for commercial fabric or product collections. If you are a business owner or manufacturer & would like to license my clipart to use in an unchanged format, just pop me an email HERE and i can prepare a custom license for you.

  5. You cannot claim that you made my clipart or that the copyright belongs to you.

  6. You cannot offer my clipart as a free good.

If you have any questions about the license terms for my bundles, do email me for clarification. I know that license terms can be confusing and no one knows it better than i do, so i am more than happy to explain certain parts in more detail or try find a workaround that suits your budget :)
