Template LICENSE TERMS - STANDARD

Things that are ok..

  1. Each template in a bundle can be used for one final design.

  2. Commercial use is fine.

  3. Final sales of each end product up to 500 times is allowed.

  4. Branding your own business with my templates is totally fine.

  5. Physical end products are totally ok.

  6. Digital end products are allowed in some circumstances. See point no.1 below.

Things that are not ok..

  1. If you are planning on incorporating my templates into a digital end product you have to be very careful how you do this. You cannot simply use my template as a premade logo you resell, or add it to a wall art page centered on white with text below it. Both of these scenarios involve you sending off a huge digital version of the end file to one of your customers. This is called redistribution of digital assets and is really the same as offering my licensed images for free to people who have not purchased a license themselves. So if you are planning to sell digital printables, or premade logos you must ensure the following:

    • My original graphics need to be obscured in some way so they cannot be easily extracted. ie. on a patterned background, with additional graphic elements overlaying my graphics in some way.

    • My original templates must form part of a larger design in a way that my graphic elements cannot simply be picked out by one of your customers and used again.

    • The bundles are a set of tools to use alongside your own design skill. What this means is that you must add your own value to your final design. I am not ok with customers simply reselling my logo templates in their own shops. This is expressly not allowed.

  2. You cannot use my templates in any way that is in competition with my original bundle. This means you cannot include my templates in your own digital template bundles, resell my templates without adding value to them, sell my templates as logos designs, offer my templates as instant downloads etc.

  3. Changing my text to your own wording does not count as adding your own value to your final design.

  4. Changing the colour of text & the colour of the graphic element does not count as adding your own value to your final design.

  5. You cannot claim that you drew my clipart or that the copyright belongs to you.

  6. You cannot offer my templates as a free good.

If you have any questions about the license terms for my bundles, do email me for clarification. I know that license terms can be confusing and no one knows it better than i do, so i am more than happy to explain certain parts in more detail or try find a workaround that suits your budget :)
